Why it’s important to keep your details up to date

We, and our administrators will need to contact you from time to time with important information.
To access your benefits, your details must be correct on our administrator’s records.
They’ll also need to know about any changes due to life events so if anything has changed over the years, or recently, please make sure all information is correct.

Please review your details on Clarity from BW such as:

  • Address
  • Name – you might have changed this by deed poll or due to marriage, civil partnership or divorce. Knowing a change in marital status is particularly important for certain circumstances
  • Bank details if you’re retired
  • Your dependants
  • Who you’d like to receive any death benefits via your Expression of Wish
